    Our videoconferencing system is compatible with desktop PCs and Macs, iPads and iPhones and many android tablets. If you are having difficulty accessing our videoconferencing system, consider trying another computer or tablet in your home or office.

    Confirm that you have a camera on your PC.

    Make sure you don’t have any other open videoconferencing tabs/applications, such as Skype or Facebook chat.

    If you check your camera and it is not working, then please restart your browser.That may solve the problem.

  • 2) Video Picture is Too Light/Dark ?

    Try adjusting the placement of your computer or the lighting near your computer to optimize the light that shines on your face.

  • 3) Video Picture is Slow, Audio/Video Breaks Up, Freezes ?

    Slow internet speed can reduce the quality of your audio and video performance.

    Please make sure mininum acceptable speed is 2mb/sec.

  • 4) Browser Isn’t Supported ?

    Our system best with Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
